How do EzNanoBanana credits work?
Credits measure AI usage. Each model and workflow has a listed cost based on resolution, duration, output count, audio, reference inputs, and provider cost. The form shows the estimated total before you submit a generation.
Can I buy credit packs without a subscription?
Yes. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not require a subscription. Monthly subscriptions provide recurring monthly credits; annual subscriptions deliver the full annual allowance upfront. Both include higher AI-task concurrency and member rates on regular credit packs. You can use subscriptions and packs together; EzNanoBanana spends the credits that expire soonest first.
Can I use generated images and videos commercially?
Yes, for lawful personal or commercial use. EzNanoBanana does not claim ownership of your generated outputs. You remain responsible for having the necessary rights to prompts, uploads, trademarks, likenesses, and other inputs, and for complying with applicable law and third-party rights. Copyright protection for AI-assisted work depends on the jurisdiction and the human creative contribution involved.
How long do credits last, and do they roll over?
Monthly subscription credits are valid for 30 days from their grant time. Annual-plan credits are delivered upfront and remain valid for 365 days, as do one-time credit packs. Every credit batch keeps its own expiration date, so a renewal, upgrade, or new purchase does not extend older credits.
When am I charged for annual, and when do credits arrive?
The annual fee is charged in full when the subscription starts and at each renewal. After payment, the full-year allowance is delivered upfront and remains valid for 365 days. Compared with 12 monthly payments, annual saves 17% on Lite, 20% on Basic, 20% on Plus, and 20% on Pro.
How do subscriber discounts on credit packs work?
The cash price of a regular credit pack stays the same, while subscribers receive extra credits. That lowers the effective cost per credit by 6% for Lite, 15% for Basic, 20% for Plus, and 25% for Pro. Your exact total is confirmed at checkout, and purchased credits remain in your account if you later cancel the subscription.
What happens to credits when a generation fails?
After an AI task reaches a final failed state, its charge is reversed once. Unexpired credits return to the exact credit batches used by the task and keep their original expiration dates. Credits whose original batch has already expired are recorded as expired rather than becoming a new usable balance.
Do you offer refunds?
Except where required by applicable law, subscription and credit-pack payments are final and unused credits cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits restored after a final generation failure are account credits, not a cash refund. For an unauthorized charge, duplicate charge, or other billing error, contact support@eznanobanana.com with your account email, invoice ID, date, and amount. Never send a full card number or security code. Exceptional cases are reviewed individually, but a review does not guarantee a refund.
What happens if I cancel my subscription renewal?
You can stop renewal at any time. Your plan and member benefits remain active through the end of the paid billing period. Monthly credits keep their original 30-day expiration dates; upfront annual credits and separately purchased credit packs keep their original 365-day expiration dates.
How do subscription upgrades affect billing and credits?
An upgrade updates the current subscription instead of creating a second one. Moving to a higher monthly plan immediately invoices the price difference for the remaining period and grants the matching prorated credit difference. Moving from monthly to the same or a higher annual plan immediately charges the full annual price with no refund or credit for unused monthly time; the new annual period starts that day and its full-year allowance is delivered upfront for 365 days. Existing monthly credits keep their original expiration date. Annual-to-annual upgrades, downgrades, and annual-to-monthly changes are not currently supported.
